1. To drive one should hold minimum 2 yrs valid Indian driving license OR International driving license and a copy to be submitted to our company along with an ID for Security. Incase of accident, Police complaint is a must, If you remove car from accident point then hirer has to pay the car damage.
2. Cars to be driven within Goa only. Do not cross Goa BORDER. Vehicle should be parked in pay Parking/Parking Areas. All court matters under Goa jurisdiction only.
3. Security to be deposited for each small car: Rs. 3,000 and Big car Rs. 5,000 refundable security deposit + 01 ID in original (Voter / DL of spouse) that will be refunded on returning the car (ONLY ON REQUEST FROM THE OFFICE) Check Fuel level before hiring & no refund on extra fuel. Fuel Gauge level is considered from office to office.
4. While taking the vehicle take full video of the vehicle, any damage apart from the video to the vehicle the hirer is liable to pay for the damages of the vehicle including vehicle, Rent, for the number of days vehicle remains in the Workshop for repairs towards loss of business, all repairs to be carried out only at authorised Workshop only, scratched charges minimum 3500/-
5. If tyre gets punctured please change tyre or if tyre gets damage the hirer has to pay for new tyre as MRP.
6. Morning 9am To next day morning 9 am is considered as end of ONE day. If vehicle is returned out of time then will be charged full day.
7. The Cars are for use for on road driving only and NOT FOR OFF ROAD DRIVING (e.g. Beach, Hills, Valley’s) Seat Belts to be worn at all times by the driver: Drinking & Smoking is not permitted in the car. (ANY FINE RESULTING IN THE SAME TO BE BORNE BY THE HIRER)
8. Insurance will be claimed only Above 50,000 and for third-party damage,here also hirer has to pay rent for the number of days. Vehicle remains in the workshop for repairs towards loss of business plus insurance difference amount. Police Panchama is a must.
9. Vehicle will be taken back from the Hirer at any point of time if found, a)Drink and drive. b) If crosses Goa border) c)Performing stunts with the card) d)Dangerous driving, for example, standing on the car bonet and driving, Driving the car with doors open etc. e) If extra person found in the car that is beyond car, sitting capacity.f) Driving car on the beach. Security deposit, and if any days rent is with us will not be given back to the Hirer.
10. Car to be Hire minimum for 2 days.
